Welcome!
In 2010 the Higher Education Academy awarded the University of Westminster, in collaboration with the University of South Australia (UniSA), a National Teaching Fellowship project grant.
This site provides information on the project team, the progress of the project and opportunities for you to become involved.
The project focuses on the development of critical thinking skills in students through the use of authentic assessment. It particularly focuses on the issues faced by everyone in finding and making informed judgements about the authority and authenticity of online resources. Based-on an idea developed at UniSA, the Web-resource appraisal process (WRAP) is a new pedagogic approach to help students create authoritative, authentic assessment outputs.
